I was wondering if anybody here knows or can point me in the right direction for finding a way to scan an android device for residual application data? I understand already how the security and application permissions for android are set up. So, is a scan for this kind of information on an android device even possible?
Also, I'd like to clarify this question is for security assessment reasons and NOT asked with any malicious intentions. I'm not positive this was the best section of the forum to post this in, but i feel it is more a question geared towards developers.
