locale will NOT change your scenes yet. the idea has been posted on the developer's page and i think they're working on a "plug in" for it. Locale, however, can change ringtones, screen brightness, as well as other "settings" when your phone is activated by a "condition" such as time, date, GPS position (set phone to vibrate when in the office or movie theatre). But as for scenes, thats something a lot of us are waiting for. IMO, Locale would be worth $25.
