I have a motorola droid turbo. I deleted pictures a while back. But they randomly showed up in a folder called scrap space. I'm not sure where this came home, but I want it gone and not to come back. I have researched this and saw it may be linked with Picasa, but I do not have a Picasa account or app on my phone. Any help would be great. It seems illegal because they keep coming back like someone has access to my images.
