Screen Capture App

Hey Everyone, i was wondering if any of you had suggestions for a screen capture app that didn't require the SDK. If it didn't require me to root my phone that would also be a plus but i'll take what I can get. Thanks in advance!

Not sure what phone or os version you have but "ShootMe" works on some of them.
