Screen capture Samsung Grand

My Android OS has just automatically updated. Now I can't do screen capture using Palm Wipe (used to be working)... Never work using Power + Volume Down.

Anyone can help?

It may have been disabled in settings when you upgraded. If not then I suggest you register on the forums and subscribe to the forum for your phone so that you can post the question again and have a 2 way discussion about the issue.
