Okay so I wanted to connect it to my PC but it was unrecognized, so I did a google search and someone said to restore data to factory settings so I did, It then shut down then started to reboot, Now its stuck on the Cruz tm screen and its been like this for atleast 10 mins, Any Idea on how to solve this problem?
