Help Screen has odd irregularities

There's this issue with mys screen, when I'm using my S pen there are spots where the pen goes around a point on a screen. When I draw a straight line across one of the points it bends around it and if I press lightly it won't draw on that space.

I wanna know if I need to contact Samsung or if this is regular. Also, anybody else have this issue?
