Screen issue or software issue?

EverythingAndroidPro Again:
So, phones work great! Until you try and take it apart to 'tweak' it a little and mess up the screen... I know from experience that this can fry the phone because the screen overheats, causing it all to overheat. I was just chillin' with my REPLACED Galaxy S8+ (Yeah, from the thread I posted, I listened to you guys and got it replaced), anyways, i was watching Netflix on the phone. I was in the mood to eat so I decided to go make some popcorn. I got up and sat my phone on the couch cushion and made popcorn. When i got back I plopped on the couch and was ready to continue streaming....

...I realized what I just did. I SAT on the phone. I got up and checked the couch. It was not underneath me. I just gave up and finished my popcorn... Whilst sitting on the couch. When i was done, I dug through the couch and found my phone, crunched by a couch spring. I didn't mind much. It still worked fine. No cracks or anything. It got darker outside so i changed the brightness - only it didn't change. I have not figured out why, but do you guys have any helpful tips? I think it is because of the LED lights for the screen, but I have no clue.

The S8 & S8+ don't have LED's for backlights, it's an OLED screen meaning each pixel is an LED. Take it to a repair center to get it fixed.
