screen issue

[Android Question]

I have recently bought an HTC one two weeks ago and ive been noticing that these white horizontal lines have been appearing when ive been using it ether on facebook blinkfeed or games and some of my pre installed live wallpapers havent been working such as live weather.is it a hardeware issue or is it just something to ignore

Horizontal lines across the screen of any mobile device are usually an indicator of a hardware problem. You should address this with whoever you bought it from while it's still under warranty.
