When I go to my gallery I don't get a full screen. There is black vertical lines on each side of the screen. How can I get back to a full screen when looking at my pictures.

I have a samsung note 10.1 tablet. I would like to get a full screen back as it was before. I tried everything and nothing seems to be working.
