I'm sorry, but I don't even know how to describe this issue properly. There are two icons on the bottom of the phone (not the screen itself): 1) the back arrow on the lower right and 2) two rectangles, one superimposed over the other. (I have no idea what this is called or is supposed to represent.)
Often after performing some operation on the phone, both of these icons light up and the screen no longer responds to touch commands. To get it to work again, I have to turn the phone off and back on. Is there any way to stop the phone from locking up like this?
