Screen mirroring with Roku Express

It says that under system. I tried but it didn't work. We've been having problems with centurylink wifi despite my friend's upgrade from 20 to 40. What can we do about it?
 
Where is that on the S5? I looked under settings but didn't find it. Correction: I found it under more networks. Howevwr, the attempt to connect failed.
 
I found it on the S5 although it apparently does not work. Where the heck did they hide it on the LG X Charge? I checked settings, even under developer options.
 
Is there a way to get different, longer cords for the Roku Express? The two that are included, to connect it to the TV and also to the wall, are too short. It ends up kind of hanging and hiding in the back, and it has to be readjusted to be "seen" by the remote's ir beam.
