Help screen not responding and can't reboot

Hi my screen has stopped responding. Have removed scren protector but still doesn't work. I can't reboot either. Also tried to reboot by pressing power and volume up buttons together but no joy. Only had this tablet for few days and it is driving me mad as no end of problems with it. Please can someone help to get it rebooted and explain why screen might have frozen. Thanks

How long have you held the power button for? Try pressing and holding the power button for a good 30 seconds or more and see what happens.

Thanks brosko got it rebooted but still got problems with screen lock. It just does not respond at all when I try to key in my pin to unlock. This is driving me mad!

Try to reset it one more time by holding power again.
