Help Screen not timing out

Just swapped out my rmhd for a new one at BestBuy. The old one was defective. On the new one when I charge it the screen does not timeout. Is there a setting when charging that I have wrong?

Settings > Developer Options ....... either "Turn Off" Developer Options or Uncheck box for "Stay Awake" (screen will never sleep while charging
