Screen Off and Lock

Is there any app to lock the screen beside screen off and lock. The app screen off and lock can't work for my S3.

Screen Off and Lock (Donate) version works perfectly fine on my ICS Galaxy Note.

Bump ! Anyone found a good app for the s3? It seems the ones I tried so far doesn't work well with ICS

Well I managed to find an alternative that works in a slightly different way... 'Smart Screen ON' There's a light and a Pro version.

What is different is instead of tapping the screen or icon to turn off the S3's screen you instead create a set piece of hand movements over the screen.
I have configured mine to waving my hand three times (left/right/left) over the front facing camera and Smart Screen ON then knows this is the pattern to turn off the screen.
It seems very weird not touching the S3 to turn off the screen but it actually works quite well.
So much so I purchased the Pro version straight away.

Use the option within Widgetsoid. Works fine on my S3.
