if i use Screen Orientaion Potrait to landscape mode, The Layout background will be scaling and top of images also position changed and if i use layout_land,layout then background will setted but iam getting backgrounds from webservices so it will be top images allso not set... can anyone suggest how can i take total view with out scaling images & positions also..

As I understand correct you have problems when use same layout for portrait and landscape orientations.
