Screen Overlay detected

I have a samsung galaxy J7 2016 phone and ever since I allowed a system update, it won't let me post pictures to Instagram whatsapp, facebook. It keeps talking about turning off a "screen overlay", but then when I try to follow the steps to get to that setting, it doesn't actually let me change anything. please help me about this

Able to open certain apps. Through trial and error I figured out that anything with a floating chat head (ex.faxebook messenger,I'm or text messages) when there is a floating icon/chat head on your screen you have to drag and remove from screen. Once you have nothing floating around try again and it should work and if I remember correctly I only had to do this few times. I rele hope this helps.
