I have tried all methods in Google and no one solved my problem. This annoying message keeps appearing all the time and many times there is no way to get rid of this, so I cannot use many apps due to this. My phone is a Galaxy S5 with Android 6.0.1.
For example now I was looking for a "shake torch" app and there is no way to give it the permissions it needs (this has happened with many apps like Telegram, Whatsapp, Dropbox, etc). In this case I open the app and get this:
When I hit PERMITIR (allow access to camera) I get the following:
When I hit "ABRIR AJUSTES" and scroll down to the current app I find this:
As you can see I cannot activate screen overlay for this app.
Is there any solution? Why am I able to change the "screen overlay" for some apps (like Servicios de Google Play or Telegram in the picture) but I am denied for others?
