Screen Overlay permission

So I downloaded mobizen to record my screen. It asks for me to enable screen overlay permission. I did allow permission. I now try and open the app and it's still asking that I give it screen overlay permission. So I can't get the app to open..any ideas what I can do?

Might be an incompatibility or issue with it on your particular phone or tablet? It could be worth sending the developers an email, see if they can suggest anything, bug-fix etc. Tell them exactly whatever it is you've got there, make, model, Android versoin, carrier, etc.

ok I'll try that I know I've tried 2 different apps to screen record and it's done it twice now.
