I assume that you are using a version of Android that allows you to turn on and off particular application permissions. It seems that you have turned off some/all permissions in the case of this app and it thinks that it cannot operate without them. I would check out the app in the application manager to see if you can make the required adjustments.

Since I am still using KitKat I do not have this option, otherwise I would give you more details. Good luck.
