I can't find a decent screen protector for my J5.

Go for Tempered glass. Since the display and cover glass are integrated, you have to change display even if glass alone is broken

There are many brands available and compatible for Samsung J5. Look in online stores applying filters for search or simply visit some big mobile shops.
