Screen record while screen off?

Is it possible?
Not talking about video record the outside environment. Just want to record the actual android screen display. Tried mobizen and a couple other apps. None allow to record screen while the screen is off. Normal desktop screen recorders like simple screen recorder continue to record the screen while the monitor is off.
Any way to accomplish this?
 
Or maybe the op what he wants is the cam recorder of the phone to continue recording while in his packet facing to the front(or rear..those two always confuse me) to what ever or whome ever is caugh by the lens and the screen won't be accidentally stop by mistake since is off..
 
No, the post says they don't want to record the outside environment but the screen.

One obvious difference between a phone and a computer is that a computer monitor has an off switch. So you can turn the screen off without affecting what the computer is doing at all. A phone isn't like that: turning the display off is more like telling the computer to hibernate. Not exactly like, since not all apps go to sleep immediately, but many suspend immediately, some do once they've finished their current task, and only a few (such as stopwatches) carry on regardless. And in any event the graphics system switches off, so there's nothing to record.
