Help Screen Rotation Button on Navigation Bar gone?

Hello, I am a big fan of the Screen Rotation Button that was introduced in the Android Pie update, which allows for quick and convenient screen orientation toggle on the nav bar. Now it has disappeared, and I couldn't find a way to turn it on again in the settings. While the input type toggle is still present, the screen rotation toggle magically disappeared.

Can someone point me to the right directions? Thanks.

EDIT: Just resolved it myself. I've been tampering with my phone for some time this morning and didn't find a solution until now. Turns out I need to long press the "auto rotate" button in the quick access menu and check the Rotate button on nav bar" option.

Well, it's 2023(Jan) and your post has been a "lifesaver" as that one feature is really central to the productive use of my cellphone. Thank you for the posts!
