Help Screen rotation crashes,media sound crashes.

Hello I use my note 4 for six months now and the problems appeareda month ago. Every few days screen rotation stops working unless I restart the phone. Image from accelerometer test (*#0*#) won't rotate either,screen rotation is turned on off course.
Similar thing happens to my media,either music/video players,youtube or website video won't play at all. When I press play I can hear a sound for a short while and it instantly turns off/pauses unless the device is restarted. The two issues happens separately and frequently.
I use original ROM 5.1.1 model is SM-N910F
Appreciate any help or advice.

No help or advice to offer, except that I get the screen rotation issue also. :/

I have tried to search Internet for solution,nothing.
I'll contact Samsung support this weekend seems like nobody here have any clue about this either.
Happened again just now and had to restart it for media to play.
