screen rotation is not working

[Android Question]

Hi i have this s4 Phone, the screen rotation is is not working after i did the software update.
when i open the cam the screen is upside down or if i'm watching a YouTube video i cant make it full screen. even when i turn off the rotation nothing change.
please help me !!

Hi, welcome to Android Forums, sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.

Try rebooting your device. If that doesn't work, pull the battery out of your your phone and turn it back on. I read that that should fix the problem.
