Help Screen Rotation

Finally pulled the trigger and picked up a new Razr. I am loving the call quality and reception of the phone.

I found what I hope to be a minor issue. I can't get the screen to change between portrait and landscape. It does not switch in any app. It is almost like it is disabled or something. I when to settings, display, and made sure that "auto rotate" was checked.

Any suggestions?

Does it rotate when it's in an app? I've experienced the launcher program not rotating (unless it's in a dock), but that's the only time...

reboot the phone? that seems to solve everything. it's like magic!
