Help screen rotation

I just bought a s6 edge. Screen rotation is on, but it won't rotate. please advise

I have a Note 4 and encountered the same issue. I tried everything. Having only had the phone for only 48 hrs, I called 1-800-samsung and explained that the phone is brand new and that I'm having an issue with the screen not rotating. Long story short, the gyroscope inside the phone is defective, do they are replacing the whole phone through the dealer no charge. Try calling Samsung and explain your issue. You can also open your phone dialer and dial *#0*# to open the diagnostic tool. Select Sensors in the menu and run a Gyroscope Test. This should tell you of you have a defective gyroscope. Good luck!
