Screen shot not working properly

In my galaxy tab 2 .7inch ...the screen shot not working properly by means of when a screen shot is taken it shows that screen shot is being saved but it is not saving the screen shot I dont know why it is doigg like this and I've upgraded it to jellybean ..... can u fix it
