Help Screen stays on while chargin

I have a problem with my SGS3. When ever it's charging, the screen stays on all the time. and I can't figure out why. If I turn the screen off manually, it will turn on again when it's done charging or if I receive a message and it lights up all night.

I have looks and looked for a setting, but can't find anything.

Is there any way to see if an app keeps the screen on or any other suggestions?

This might not be the right thread for this but while charge my phone I typically stick it on the charger over night. When I do this and it is fully charged it seems that the backlight on the phone just forces itself on and stays that way until I take it off the charger. Does this happen with anyone else's S3?

It is worrying me because I don't want the screen lit up on the same place for fear of burn in which I know is 100% on AMOLED screens. It seems to stay off when its charging, but once it gets fully charged it just stays on. Suprised more people haven't seen this issue. I wonder if it is just a TouchWiz quirk.

Hi Guys!!!

I have been facing the same issue for a long time.....really fed up at some point of time...finally started to uninstall apps one by one and checked....the culprit was "extended controls"....once i uninstalled that....now its working fine...so check with these kinda system apps......
