Screen swipe to open

Ok my phone just updated to 6.0 today but before it did I had it set so the screen would stay closed after hitting the power button until I swiped up, to keep from launching any random apps/hitting any home page icons, etc etc. Not talking about the security option to lock it every time I turn the screen off, which is really annoying. Does anyone know how/if we can still do this? This was default options, no third party app, I just can't for the life of me figure out how to do it again and I hate having my phone wake up in my pocket

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.

The gesture control settings are in :-

Settings - Display and gestures - Motion launch gestures

(Although I'm still on Lollipop)
