Help screen timeout 30 seconds?

hi,
even though i had disabled the battery opt setting for this and keep setting it to 1 min ... keeps reverting to 30 secs :/
...is it related to a face screen on feature maybe?

Go to display options and change the time from there

hi - yes i do that but it reverts to 30 seconds

fixed .... although apps do get restored with new device setup ... on the sammy they just seem to have random values ... hence get odd behaviour :/ ..... screen on app also had wrongly defaulted timeout change too set
