Help Screen Timeout Reverting Back

Since I've had my phone, I've tried setting up the screen timeout to never turn off, but every time I click "keep screen turned on" and exit the display section of the settings and go back it shows that it's been reset to 30 seconds. I've been using KinScreen, but I would rather not need to use an app, just use what the phone's settings offers. Anyway I can fix this?

My phone is an LG Rebel 4, for some reason it doesn't show up on the devices list

Does your phone have a power saving feature turned on?

Battery saving mode is turned off. I don't know of any others

You may need to do a factory reset and see if that works
