Screen Timeout

Hi guys...I saw a while ago on here an App to toggle screen timeout but whilst screen was on it would dim if not using which I like the idea of. I cannot remember what it was called can anybody help? At the moment I am using 'Toggle Screen Timout' which is great but does not dim. Thanks.
