Help Screen turning off whilst in use

Hi, can anyone help?

My screen turns off whilst I'm using it and then it doesn't matter how many times I swipe it to get back to what I was doing it just keeps clicking back to off! As if I've closed the case. I have to leave it 5 mins and then go back to it and it'll work again until next time which can be 10 mins or a day. It's getting very annoying now is there anything I can do?

Have you tried it with the case off? I recall seeing a problem similar a while back and it was because the magnet in the case was a bit strong and causing problems.

This just started happening to me a couple of days ago. I'm about ready to do a factory reset, although I should probably just wait for the 4.3 update and do it then.

So, I did the factory reset last night, but the problem still occurred. However, I got the 4.3 update this morning so we'll see what happens. Very discouraged that the factory reset didn't fix it.
