Help Screen turns pink/blue/purple on Google Nexus One after dogbite

JzE

Lurker
My phone got bitten. It's a Google Nexus One. It started out with only some pink color on the amoled screen in the right upper corner. In a few hours the pink had "worked its way down" towards the left bottom corner and it turned blue/purple-ish.
So my questions are:
Is there anyone ho had experienced the same thing? Could it be the amoled? Is there any point to replace the amoled?
I'm sorry that there are no images. This is my first post to this forum.

Thanks

You can't delete or move posts but I moved this the the Nexus One forums for you :D Next time feel free to hit the report! button ;)

There are ways to replace the screen it sounds like the LCD is leaking out of your screen which is why you are getting the bleeding. Perhaps someone in the nexus one forums will have some experience in replacing the screen and can help direct you to get the right parts.
