Hello. I just replaced a broken screen on my Blu Life Play Mini with a completely new screen and now my phone won't swipe to unlock. The phone looks brand new like it just came out of the store. The guy tried to repair this swipe problem for 2 days and couldn't. When we brought it home we inserted a SIM card in it and after that I managed to swipe the phone once and unlock it. Been able to connect to WiFi even. Looked that everything was there like before, no information got erased. Tried to call my phone but could not swipe to answer. Some things would react to my touch and others wouldn't. Then it stopped swiping altoghether all over again and haven't changed since.
How do I fix this problem? Also the screen feels a little bit loose on the sides. I remember the original screen felt tighter. That guy didn't do a very good job replacing it apparently. I wonder if this may have anything to do with why its not working?
I'm not in the U.S and the ppl here that fix phones don't seem to know anything. I read few things online. Like the fact that it can be due to the phone being over filled with all kinds of apps and stuff and factory resetting it would solve the problem. I know my phone had too much stuff on it and started having some minor problems. I was just about to clean it up before the screen cracked... Can that be the cause? I have so much information on this phone that I never managed to back up. I wonder if there's anyway I can avoid factory resetting it to fix the screen. Please help.
