Screenshot notification tile exclusive to 11?

.Very curious since Nokia returned my Nokia 7 Plus (on Android 10) with new hardware 2 weeks ago. It had a new Screenshot tile following a 1.4Gb update that was waiting.
At that time the 7 Plus was down to get Android 11 with the September patch according to sites / forums but now it's not going to get it. I'm up to September since last week. I guess the 1.4 gb install related to the replaced board/s.

Anyone have a Screenshot notification tile on Android 10 on a fairly stock device?

I use two different apps for screenshots, and both have the quick setting tile as an option.

Pretty sure that is the one you would want.

The other one that I use is oart of a screen recorder app, and the latest updates have ads, so I am using an old version.
