screenshot problem

I was using or fox and trying to place an order. I wanted to get a screenshot but it said it was not allowed by app or organization. Why is that? Then I tried to go back to Firefox. It keeps downloading the same mp3 really fast and then crashing again and again. It's too fast for me to stop it.

How were you trying to take the screen-shots, by pressing volume-down and power simultaneously, because that's a core system feature of Android and no website or organization should be able to stop that, or were trying to take screen-shots by some other method?

Try clearing the Firefox app data and cache, that should stop whatever it's trying to download

I was using the regular method, yes. I got lucky and it worked at last. Meanwhile, can someone tell me how to get to the networks part of (probably) settings in Firefox? The documentation says there's something in there about clearing cache. In lieu of that I am simply rebooting.

Should be able to clear Firefox, by going into the phone settings, app management, Firefox, clear data and cache. That will reset and clear Firefox completely.
