Screenshot problem

I know i can use the s pen to take a screen shot. But if I try to use the home button and the power button together it wont take a screenshot. I fiddled around in the settings and couldnt find anything that might be off to prevent the screenshot from happening.

IDK I thought the home/power - screenshot was always on. Another option (I believe easier) is to.. under settings; Motions and gestures; Palm swipe to capture - turn on. Then just swipe your hand across the screen to capture screenshot.

You are doing it correctly. Why it isn't working could be another issue. Have you tried rebooting the device then trying again?

I prefer the hand swipe to the button press. I much more successful getting the function to work swiping vs hitting the buttons right.
