I apologize if this has been covered but how do you take a screenshot? I've tried power and volume down. All it does is resets after a few seconds.

You have to press them at the same time for a few seconds till it takes the shot. But it will do it.

It took me a few tries before getting "the touch" down right. You have to hold down the power button and the volume down button simultaneously. Sorta a quick jab or one button or the other will register first and it won't work. Was a pain at first but now that I have it down it's easy.
