I am very, very tired of this problem. I've searched everywhere but nothing comes up and no ones seems able to help me.
I've tried rooting, resetting, formatting, rebooting a thousand times, leaving it alone to its feelings but nothing seems to work.
Can someone please tell me why (and how to fix) my phone closes any menu I have open when I try to scroll !?
Most of the time it will return to the homepage, but sometimes it gets me to the previous page/menu.
It does this in the messaging menu, in my contacts and in any settings menu.
I can click on anything I see on the screen but cannot get farther.
I have no access to anything that is not on the screen when I'm in the settings menu, messaging or in my contact list.
I have no money to get a new phone (no good options either).
My phone is a LG Optimus ONE with Telus.
This phone as plenty other problems, but this one is the most annoying and difficult to ignore.
