Scrolling modification

Hello Im new to this site. Ive been browsing it since I got the phone but have normaly found my problem with the search button. This one im having some trouble with. I was looking into doing some modifications to my phone and i came across a picture and I wanted my phone to be able to do this

the right side. My boss had his brother do some modifications to his phone and when he closes stuff it kinda fades away. Which I would like my phone to do also. Then when he is at his applications screen it kinda looks like a rolladex or kinda how the opening screen in Star Wars looks where the apps kinda fad into the distance. Can anyone help me out with that

It may be the zeam launcher you are describing. But I may be wrong, do a search for it in the android market. It is a launcher, but not launcher pro.
