Help SD Card Acess help on Alcatel tcl lx

Hi,
My Alcatel tcl lx is telling me I "must perform certain steps to grant sd card access rights". The tutorial screen doesnt match the menu it takes me too though. Im just trying to clear whats on the card now, so i can download onto it, because space is low. Can anyone tell me what I supposed to do?

Get a cheap SD card reader for your computer, and format it as FAT32...

If the OP wants to lose everything on the card, that should work, but they're not very clear about it:

Im just trying to clear whats on the card now, so i can download onto it, because space is low.

By "clear" they could mean wipe...but they could also mean selectively removing files (maybe storing them somewhere else).

Yes, I need to be able to move files back and forth from card to phone, and open files that are on the card please. Also, I do not own a computer.
