Why might that be?

I find only a few GB of stuff on my 64 GB SD card, but my phone says I only have 1 GB left.

Is it a new SD, if yes, where did you buy it?

Did you buy the card on E-Bay. I know from first hand experience that there are countierfeit MicroSD cards (especially Ssmsung 64GB) on E-Bay. My experience with fake cards statred in post #52 of this thread. The moral of the stroy is "Do not but MicroSD cards from E-Bay. EVER!"

You may be looking at internal sdcard, being only 1GB left.. Your external may have a different name, sometimes an alphanumeric reference
