Help SD card blank or has unsupported filesystem

My X10 mini showed "SD card blank or has unsupported filesystem", and ask to format or reinsert a card, but the sd card was already there,
What can i do?? please help. Thanks a lot!

this happens often.

have you got an SD card dongle/reader you can put the SD card into to read the data with, via a PC?

or simply take the card out and put it back in again.

if your card is real, and not a cheap fake one, the data will still be there.

I would also advise trying the removal and reinsertion of the card, however if this does not work I can unfortunately only advise choosing the "Format Card" option.
