sd card blank

[Android Question]

The SD card in my phone reads blank, I have formated this and nothing happens. I have turned on and off the phone, taken the card in and out, still nothing. How do I unmount the card. I am only given the option to mount the card which also does nothing... Also I ran and installed this on my computer and now can not find it anywhere. How do I bring it up again on my computer?

Hi, welcome to Android Forums, it sounds like you may have a defective SD Card. If you recenlty purchased it, I recommend getting a refund from the place you bought it from. To get files from your MicroSD card, you could install a program called Recova which might be able to restore the lost data.
