SD Card - Major issues

I have an 8gb SD card for my phone, a 2gb SD card for my camcorder, and a 2gb SD card for my camera and all have been affected. Firstly, my phone's SD card. I have formatted it through my phone, and through the PC. I've scanned it with AVG and Trojan Finder. Nothing shows.
I have photos on there (not embarrassing) that will NOT go away! Also, when hooked up to my pc, files show up that I have never seen before.

They start with black squares, 'to', black outlined square, then a bunch of symbols. The dates last modified constantly changed from the year 1099, to 2999. The file type is O00, O01, O02, so on up until O04 and then it changes to OR0 until OR9, then ORV, and then symbols again, but as the file type.

These will not go away either. I have tried tons of things.
It's also not letting me take any new photos, download any apps, etc. If I put it in my camera, it lets me take a photo, but then says "File error"

I am so angry and confused! Is this an issue with my pc? Could it have messed up my cards? Also when the memory cards are taken out, the files aren't on my phone or camera... they're just all on the cards.

If anyone can help in ANY WAY, I would greatly appreciate it. I run a website and I need my devices to work. I'd like to just keep these. I can't afford new memory cards at the moment. Thanks

First off welcome to the site :hello: !

This does sound like a very odd problem. All I can think of is to only reformat your sdcards in the devices where they are used, not on your PC and try again and see what happens.

good luck

Thanks! I have already tried this multiple times. My last resort was formatting it through my pc. I had been formatting it through my phone a few times, stopped... for a while, then did it on my pc. No change either way:(

So sorry to hear that bro... you have to by all means just buy another SD card... find the common link between all the SD cards... there has to be something which has affected it. I look forward to helping you.
