SD card not getting detected

Hello All,

I have been using Strontium MicroSD Card 32 GB Class 10 for my Samsung galaxy grand mobile for the last 6 months.
All of a sudden I cant access anything from the SD card.
It is not shown in the Settings -> More -> Storage -> SD card.
the SD card option is grayed out.
Also, if I go to the application My files -> All files, the CD card is not shown.
I cant access the songs copied in SD card, it shows the error 'Folder is missing or not readable'.
Can you please help with it?

Hi and welcome to the forums! Hopefully we can help...

Try to read the card in a PC and/or try a different card in your phone. That way you can see if its the card that has failed (probable) or an issue with the phone - maybe the connections in the card slot or on the card are dirty.

If you haven't, reboot the phone.
