SD Card not recognized after factory reset

So, 2 hours ago i did a factory reset on my phone, but after that when in go to my apps i see that there is the same amount of memory for both internal storage and SD card. But the weird thing is that when i go to Settings>Storage it says that i have a SD Card and it shows that it has 14,99gb out 14,99gb available...so, wtf is happening??

What phone, what OS version, are you using the sd as internal storage? Screenshots of your storage info may help: different phones present this in different ways, and it can be confusing.

Could be adoptable storage. It's an Android thing.

My only house and home gadget experience other than Google Home has been a 5.1 stereo receiver that could take a thumb drive.

I'm guessing you've got an Android TV?
