SD Card physically ejecting

Since this afternoon my Sony Xperia Z3 mini won't keep the SD card in. If I put it in it physically ejects after 1-2 seconds - even with the phone switched off.

Any ideas to fix?

I suspect the clip in the holder that retains the micro-SD is broken or worn, so the spring keeps on pushing it out. New holder required, which is a job for a competent repair tech.

I once fixed my old phone's SD card problem using hot glue gun, I just put the SD card in and block it with a bit of hot glue, the glue is removable so it's safe to use. It may look ugly on your phone but it works very well.
